Victor finds the customers you don't have time to look for.
New customers don't come by themselves, and cold calling is the last thing you feel like doing after a day on site. Victor tracks down companies and customers that suit you, makes the first contact in your name, and follows up on the quotes that would otherwise be left lying around. You only come into the picture when someone is ready to talk.
Replaces a sales employee. No commission, no company car.
Victor is the colleague who frees up the most time and is the least visible. While you work, he searches. He builds lists of companies and customers that suit your business: based on sector, region, size, and whether they already have a website or a regular supplier. He writes a first message that doesn't sound like advertising, because it's about them and not about you.
He always works with drafts. Every first contact, every follow-up, he puts to you before it goes out. You say yes, adjust it or say no. That way your name stays your name. And whoever replies doesn't get another message from Victor but a human: you.
The most remarkable thing about Victor is his demo. A prospect who shows interest doesn't get a brochure but a personal trial: an example of what you would do for them, built from their own details. That's the difference between "we're good" and "see for yourself".
What Victor does
He tracks down new customers
Victor searches public company data and the web for businesses that suit you: the sector you serve, the municipalities you cover, the size that's most worthwhile for you. He checks whether they have a website, whether it works, whether they're reachable, and builds a list of priorities from that. For an installer, that might be property managers, property developers and estate agents; for a garage, leasing companies, businesses with a vehicle fleet and taxi services.
What you still do: you say who's in and who's out. A competitor, an old customer where things ended badly, a company you don't want: one word and they're on the "never" list.
He makes the first contact
Victor writes a short, personal message: what he noticed about that business, why you're relevant, and one concrete proposal. Not "we're the market leader", but "your 40 buildings each need a service every year, we'll schedule it all in one go for you". The message is ready as a draft. You read it, adjust it and approve it. Only then does it go out, in your name.
What you still do: you approve every message. If someone replies, the conversation is yours.
He builds a personal demo for each prospect
This is what makes Victor different. If a prospect shows interest, Victor builds a tailored trial within a few minutes: an example of what you would do for them, with their own name, their own details and, if they have a website, their own colours. The prospect gets a personal link and sees it for themselves. For Voorop itself it works like this: an installer who signs up hears their own digital receptionist on the phone ten minutes later. For your business, we build the demo that suits your service: a sample quote, a scheduling proposal, a mock-up.
What you still do: you decide what the demo shows and what it doesn't. Victor builds, you present.
He follows up on quotes that are left lying around
A quote that hasn't had a reply after ten days usually disappears. Not with Victor. He prepares a friendly follow-up: "do you have any questions about the proposal, is there anything holding you back?" After a second silence, a final message with a concrete invitation to call. All as a draft, in your tone. You approve.
What you still do: you call whoever you want to call. Victor makes sure you don't forget anyone.
He hands the conversation over to you at the right moment
As soon as a prospect replies, asks questions or wants an appointment, Victor stops. He sends you everything he knows: who, what he noticed, what was said, what the prospect wants. You call or visit. Closing the deal is, and remains, a human's job.
What you still do: always. Victor opens doors, you walk in.
He keeps track of your sales
Who has been contacted, who replied, who got a demo, who got a quote, who became a customer. Not in a sales system you never open, but in a weekly five-line message and a list you can ask for whenever you like.
What you still do: you see what works and tell Victor where to search more or less.

How we set up Victor
Together we define your ideal customer
Sector, region, size, what you do and don't want.
We write in your tone
Victor learns how you talk and write, so his messages seem to come from you.
We build your demo
What does an interested prospect get to see? A sample quote, a schedule, a trial.
You approve the first messages
In the first weeks you read everything. After that you choose how much you still want to check.
We follow up
Every month a report: who was reached, who replied, what it delivered, where Victor will search next month.
What Victor doesn't do
- He doesn't send any message without your approval.
- He doesn't cold call in your name, unless you explicitly want that and set it up together with Nora.
- He doesn't close deals, sign quotes or promise prices.
- He doesn't approach anyone on your "never" list.
- He doesn't buy address lists and doesn't send mass mailings.
What Victor works with
Public company data and the web
To find who suits you.
Your inbox
Messages go out in your name, replies come in to you.
Your quotes
From your accounting or CRM software, to follow up on what's still open.
Your phone
Through Nora, if you want a prospect to get someone on the line straight away.
Arne and Mila
What Victor brings in is quoted by Arne and picked up by Mila on your site.
Safe and under control
Every message is a draft until you approve it. Victor never sends anything himself.
He only uses public company data and what people put on their own websites.
Anyone who asks not to be contacted again goes on the "never" list and stays there.
You can read back everything he did: who, when, which message.
What you get
- Prospect lists tailored to your sector and region
- First contact as a draft, in your name and tone
- A personal demo for each interested prospect
- Follow-up of quotes without a reply
- Handover to you as soon as someone wants to talk

- Monthly follow-up and fine-tuning by a human at Voorop
Good to know about Victor
Isn't this spam?
No. Victor writes short, personal messages to companies that genuinely suit you, one at a time, and you approve every message. Anyone who isn't interested won't be contacted again.
Does Victor also make calls?
Not by default. If you want, Nora can make a first call in your name, with a script you approve.
How does he know who suits me?
We define that together at the start: sector, region, size, what you do and don't want. After that he learns from who replies and who becomes a customer.
What exactly is one of these demos?
A personal trial for the prospect, built from their own details: a sample quote, a scheduling proposal or a mock-up of what you would do for them. They see it for themselves instead of having to take your word for it.
Does this also work for private customers?
For new private customers, Mila is better placed, through your website and ads. Victor is strongest with businesses and with following up quotes, including those from private customers.
What if I get too much work?
Then you slow Victor down, or pause him. He works at the pace you set.
