Mila makes sure the customers keep coming.
A website that takes bookings instead of just looking nice. Ads that are fine-tuned on what they bring in, not on what they cost. Posts on Facebook and Instagram without you losing an evening to them. And a review request after every job. Mila does it, and every month you see what it brought in.
Replaces a marketing agency or freelancer. No retainer, no billing by the hour.
Mila is the colleague most small businesses have never had: someone who works on your visibility every single day. Not having a website built once and then nothing for three years, but something better every week. She writes, builds, measures and fine-tunes.
She works with real figures: how many people searched for "gas boiler service" in your municipalities, how many clicked, how many actually booked an appointment. Based on that, she shifts budget, rewrites a page or switches off a keyword. You don't get a report full of charts, but five sentences you understand.
And she works together with her colleagues: the customer Mila brings in is looked after by Nora and invoiced by Arne. That way Mila also knows what a customer really brings in, not just what a click costs.
What Mila does
She builds your website and keeps it up to date
Mila builds a website that loads fast, works on a mobile and is written to get a visitor to call or book. Every service gets its own page, so does every municipality you work in, and for the questions customers really google (error codes, "boiler not working", "when is an inspection compulsory") she writes in-depth pages that get found. If you change your prices or your service area, it's online the same day.
You can also have a website built by us separately from Mila. See website design.
What you still do: you supply the photos of your work and your knowledge. Mila writes and builds, you proofread.
She sets up booking on your site
Not a "contact us" form that disappears into an inbox, but a booking module that suggests three dates from your diary, factors in surcharges and confirms the appointment straight away. The same engine Nora uses on the phone. A customer searching at eleven at night has their appointment by five past eleven.
What you still do: you decide which services can be booked online and when.
She manages your Google ads
Mila sets up your search campaigns: which keywords, which municipalities, which ad text, which landing page. She doesn't measure in clicks but in appointments: every booking counts as a conversion, and she fine-tunes on that every day. Keywords that cost money and deliver nothing get switched off, budget shifts to what works. Every morning you get one message: what yesterday cost, what it brought in.
You can also book advertising with us separately. See online advertising.
What you still do: you set the monthly budget. Mila never goes over it and doesn't start a new campaign without your yes.
She also advertises on Meta and Bing
Facebook and Instagram for people who aren't searching yet but do live in your region, Bing for people using their work computer. Same approach: measure on appointments, fine-tune on what works.
What you still do: you approve the images and the copy before they go live.
She steers your budget by your diary
Is your diary full for the next two weeks? Then Mila eases off: no ads for work you can't take on. When there's room again, she turns them back up. You pay for customers at the moment you can serve them.
What you still do: you decide how full "full" is.
She posts on Facebook and Instagram
A finished installation, a tip for the winter, a reminder that the servicing season is starting: Mila writes the post, picks a photo from what you send her and gets it ready. You approve it, or you let her publish a fixed series automatically.
What you still do: your photos, your voice. Mila writes, you say yes.
She asks for a review after every job
The day after a finished job, Mila sends the customer a short message with a link to your Google profile. Customers who are happy leave a review. Those who aren't are asked to let you know first what went wrong, so you can put it right before it becomes public.
What you still do: you read every response and reply yourself, or let Mila prepare a reply.
She explains it every month in plain language
No dashboard. One page: how many people visited your site, how many called or booked, what the ads cost and brought in, which pages worked, what she'll change next month and why.
What you still do: you read it in five minutes and say where you see things differently.
A day with Mila
Daily report
Mila sends you yesterday's figures: clicks, bookings, what she switched off and adjusted.
Page rewritten
The "heat pump service" page was viewed a lot but rarely booked. Mila rewrites the introduction and moves the booking form higher up.
Diary checked
Your schedule is full for two weeks. Mila lowers the advertising budget until there's room again.
Post prepared
A photo of your technician with a new boiler becomes a post for Thursday evening. Ready for your approval.
Review requests
Four customers from yesterday get a thank-you with a link to your Google profile.
New municipality
You said you now also work in Middelkerke. Mila creates the page and adds the municipality to your campaigns.
How to put Mila to work
At a heating installer
Pages per service and per municipality
Servicing, inspection, repair, new boiler, heat pump, each for the municipalities you cover.
Error code pages
The questions customers google in the evening, with a button to your diary.
Seasonal campaigns
Servicing in the autumn, inspections in the spring, budget following demand.
At a garage
Servicing, inspections and tyres per make and municipality
Pages that get found on what people really type in.
Ads around the inspection period
Anyone who receives an inspection notice searches that same week.
Reviews per repair
A garage lives on reviews. Mila asks for them, every time.
How we set up Mila
We look at what you have
Your current site, your Google profile, your ads if you already have them.
We build or renew your website
In your house style, with your photos, with bookings as the goal.
We start small with ads
One campaign, a fixed budget that you choose, measured on appointments.
We connect everything
Your diary, your bookings and your invoicing, so Mila knows what a customer brings in.
We follow up
Every month one page in plain language, and a human at Voorop who goes through it with you.
What Mila doesn't do
- She never increases your advertising budget without your agreement.
- She doesn't publish any post or image without you having seen it, unless you set it up that way.
- She doesn't buy reviews and doesn't write any in your name.
- She doesn't promise "first place on Google": she does promise that every month you'll see what it brought in.
- She doesn't make up figures: what she reports comes from your ad account and your diary.

Good to know about Mila
I already have a website. Does it have to go?
Not necessarily. Mila first looks at what works. Sometimes improving the copy and the booking is enough, sometimes starting fresh is faster and cheaper.
How much advertising budget do I need?
You choose. We'd rather start small and measure, and scale up when the appointments come in. Mila never goes over the amount you set.
Do I remain the owner of my site and my accounts?
Yes. Website, domain name and ad accounts are in your name.
Can I use Mila just for my website or just for ads?
Yes. See [website design](/website-laten-maken/) and [online advertising](/adverteren/). As a full colleague she does both and steers on what a customer brings in.
How quickly will I see results?
Ads usually bring in appointments within the first few weeks. Getting found without ads takes longer, usually a few months. Mila tells you honestly every month where you stand.
Does this also work outside West Flanders?
Yes. Mila works on the municipalities you specify.
