Who we are

Voorop is a trading name of Goe'Gekeurd BV, Pilkemseweg 127C, 8900 Ieper, Belgium, company number BE 0781.421.112. Goe'Gekeurd BV is the controller responsible for processing your data. Questions about your data can be sent to info@goegekeurd.be.

What data and why

  • Demo request. Your name, phone number and sector, and possibly your business name, website and email address. We use them to build your demo and to contact you about it. Legal basis: you request the demo yourself (pre-contractual measure).
  • Website visit. Technical data that every web server sees (IP address, browser, page requested), to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Ad measurement. Only if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice: Google Ads cookies to measure which ad brought you here, whether you then requested a demo, and to show you an ad from Voorop again later. Legal basis: your consent.

Cookies

Without your consent we don't place any advertising or measurement cookies and we don't load any Google scripts. We store your choice in your own browser. You can change it at any time via the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page.

Who receives your data

Your data stays with Goe'Gekeurd BV. For the site and the demo we work with our own servers in the European Union. If you consent to ad measurement, Google Ireland Ltd. (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) receives the measurement data as a processor and, for its own purposes, as a controller in accordance with Google's policies. We never sell your data.

How long

We keep data from a demo request for as long as there is contact or a working relationship, and for at most two years after that. If you become a customer, the statutory retention periods for accounting apply. Advertising cookies expire according to Google's retention periods.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, have it transferred or withdraw your consent. To do so, email info@goegekeurd.be. If you're not satisfied with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
